TOA JUKO offers a wide range of products. We conduct a comprehensive consultation to gain a better understanding of the machinery you use, soil conditions and land characteristics to propose the optimal product.
TOA JUKO has handed down traditional techniques over 130 years since its foundation. Products are made one by one by hand, and the techniques have been passed down from generation to generation.
We will continue to further advance our technology and contribute to the local community.
In today’s modern age, automation continues to advance along with technological evolution.
We produce each of our tillage blades one by one by hand. It may seem counter to the times, but this is how we have survived four eras spanning over 130 years.
Our history of passing down skills from generation to generation paves the way for a new future.
Where can I buy products made by TOA JUKO?
TOA JUKO products are available at agricultural equipment dealers throughout Japan and at some agricultural cooperatives. Please contact us for details about dealers near you.

Why are the blades on both ends wearing out so quickly?
The eccentric blades installed on both ends wear out more quickly because they come into contact with soil that adheres to the rotary cover.
The blades don't wear evenly...
The blades on both ends mentioned above, as well as those mounted on the rear of the tire, will wear out faster.
This is because the blades on both ends wear out due to contact with soil that adheres to the rotary cover and those on the rear of the tire till hardened soil under the tire.
When should the blades be replaced? Are there any guidelines?
When the most worn portion of a blade is less than 25 mm, it is time to replace it.
Using tillage blades that have passed their replacement timing will not only undermine soil turnover and plowing performance, but also decrease fuel efficiency due to straw becoming entangled around the Blades.
How should I decide which blade to use?
There are two types of tillage blades in terms of their shapes—those that focus on soil turnover and plowing performance, and those that focus on crushing the soil into finer clods. Basically, the Super Gold blade and King Cobra blade, which have superior soil turnover and plowing performance, are recommended for paddy fields. We recommend the Cobra blade if you want to level ridges and crush the soil into finer clods in crop fields. If you want to reduce costs, we recommend the Hatchet blade.
Do you make blades for harrows and ridging machines?
We do not currently produce these products.
How often should the blade bolts be replaced?
blade bolts are exposed to great force when being tightened. Therefore, a single tightening causes the bolts to become elongated, the screw threads to be crushed, and the washers to become deformed, which can easily loosen the bolts.
To prevent the tillage blades from coming loose, it is recommended to replace the blade bolts at the same time you replace the blades.
Which blade fits the rotary I am using?
The number and type of tillage blades to be installed vary depending on the rotary model.
Please describe in your inquiry form the type of machine and rotary you are using. We will inform you which blade best fits your machine.
